The availability of Free Shayla (shawl) (color) is subject to material availability and may differ due to the unavailability of materials, lighting conditions, or screen settings.
All goods are made according to the customer’s placed order.
Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, or “The color is different from the website” will not be considered valid grounds for refund or exchange.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the items received are defective from the factory. However, we always ensure that our items are in good condition before being delivered to customers.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact condition as when purchased.
Pre-order requests cannot be changed or canceled after the deposit and full payment have been made, and the order status has changed to “Processing”. Otherwise, it will result in a forfeiture of payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) reach us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, however, we do not accept returns for reasons that are not considered defects. These reasons include:
a) Differences in color from the product photos, such as a shade of fuchsia versus red.
b) Slight variations in design from the product photos, such as print patterns or lace arrangements.
c) Minor variations in size within ±3cm of the stated measurements.
d) Minor imperfections, such as loose threads, crease marks, small stains, etc.
e) Self-inflicted damage or cutting of the product.
f) Customer’s subjective opinions on product quality and preference, such as torn inner lining or ribbon loops.
Please note that for a return to be eligible, proof of defect must be verified by HANATASHA.
Additionally, all returns must be sent back within 5 working days for customers in Malaysia and within 10 working days for customers outside of Malaysia.
